Who may use this site
Best Poker Sites is intended for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, and 21 is the minimum gambling age in most regulated US states that offer real money online poker. A small number of jurisdictions set the minimum at 18 — where that applies, the operator's own terms and the relevant state regulator govern, not us. Gold Coins have no redeemable value and are for play only; Stake Cash is the promotional currency associated with prize redemption, subject to playthrough, minimum redemption thresholds, verification and state eligibility. That structure is why some players in states without regulated online poker can access it at all. The limitation: a sweepstakes model is not the same product as a real money cash game economy, rake and rakeback don't work the same way, and redemption rules can change.
